Refund and Returns Policy:

Thank you for choosing Pregrad. We're committed to providing high-quality mentorship, training, and career opportunities to help you reach your educational and professional goals. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any Pregrad program.

1. Non-Refundable Fee

All fees paid for Pregrad programs — including the Mentorship Program, Residency Program, and Global Pathway Program — are non-refundable once payment is made. This applies to live sessions, recorded content, and any associated program materials. This policy allows us to maintain the quality of mentorship, resources, and support we provide to every enrolled student.

2. Course Content Satisfaction

We aim for every program to meet the expectations set at enrollment. If you find that the content, structure, or delivery of your program differs materially from what was described, or if technical issues are preventing you from accessing your sessions, contact our support team at support@pregrad.in within 7 days of enrollment. We will review your concern and work toward a resolution.

3. Defective or Incomplete Content

If you experience defective, missing, or incomplete course material, notify us within 30 days of enrollment at support@pregrad.in. Once verified, we will provide corrected or missing content as applicable.

4. Internship, Residency, and Job Placement

Pregrad's Career Cell actively supports students with internship placements, Residency startup placements, and job opportunities through our recruiter network. However, securing a placement depends on multiple factors outside our control — including individual performance, skill level, and market conditions at the time. Enrollment in any Pregrad program, including the Residency Program, does not guarantee an internship, startup placement, or job offer.

5. Global Pathway Program — Application Outcomes

The Global Pathway Program provides portfolio-building support, application guidance, and mentorship from experienced counsellors, including alumni of leading global universities. While we are committed to helping you build the strongest possible application, university admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and are not guaranteed by Pregrad.

6. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the requirements needed to access live sessions and course materials. Refunds will not be issued for access issues arising from technical limitations on your end.

7. Cancellation of a Program by Pregrad

In the rare event that Pregrad needs to cancel a program before it begins, all enrolled students will be notified promptly and issued a full refund for that program's fee.

A Note on Why We Don't Offer Refunds

We understand that plans change, and that students sometimes reconsider their path after enrolling. We also know that our programs represent a real commitment — for you, and for the mentors, recruiters, and teams who build each cohort around the students in it. For that reason, we don't offer refunds once a program is paid for.

That said, we'd rather help you land in the right program than hold you to the wrong one.
