1. Introduction
Welcome to Pregrad. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including the Mentorship Program, Residency Program, and Global Pathway Program (collectively, the "Programs"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1 Eligibility To use our platform, you must be at least 15 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2.2 Account Registration You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.3 User Obligations You agree to:
Use the platform lawfully.
Respect the rights of other users.
Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform.
3. Enrollment and Payments
3.1 Enrollment To enroll in any Program, you must complete the registration process and pay the required fees. By enrolling, you agree to attend at least 70% of regular sessions to remain eligible for certificates and exams.
3.2 Payments All fees are non-refundable once payment is made and onboarding has initiated. Payments must be made through approved methods on our platform. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
4. Program Standards
4.1 Attendance You must maintain at least 75% attendance in regular sessions to receive certificates and qualify for exams.
4.2 Conduct You must engage respectfully and professionally with mentors, program managers, and peers. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Program without a refund.
4.3 Assignments and Projects You must complete all assignments and projects assigned by your mentors. These are core to the learning outcomes of every Program and are considered in certification eligibility.
5. Career Cell (Placement, Internship & Residency Support)
5.1 Attendance 100% attendance in Career Cell sessions is mandatory, beginning in the second month, held weekly on Thursdays (or as scheduled).
5.2 Commitment Once you apply for an internship, Residency placement, or job opportunity through Pregrad, you must complete the full selection process. Withdrawing partway through will result in removal from future Career Cell opportunities.
5.3 Opportunity Applications If you are selected by a company for an internship, Residency placement, or role, you may not apply for other opportunities being offered through Pregrad at that time.
5.4 Exam Eligibility For applicable Programs, you must score at least 70% in phase exams to be eligible for placement and Residency drives. Phase exams are typically conducted within 15 days of course completion.
5.5 Residency Placements For students enrolled in the Residency Program, placement with a partner startup is subject to eligibility criteria, startup availability, and mutual fit between student and host company. Pregrad facilitates the match but does not guarantee placement at a specific company, nor does it guarantee continued engagement for the full intended duration if performance or conduct standards are not met.
6. Certification Eligibility
6.1 Program Completion To be eligible for Program Completion and Project Completion certificates, you must:
Attend at least 75% of sessions.
Complete and submit all assignments, hands-on challenges, and projects.
Update your LinkedIn profile and resume as required.
6.2 Partner Certifications For Programs including certification from partners such as IBM, Meta, Intuit, Tally, or Certiport, you must:
Pass the exam conducted by the respective partner.
Complete all associated projects, assignments, and sessions required by Pregrad to qualify for that exam.
Pregrad reserves the right to withhold exam credentials or certification if these requirements are not met. No fees are refundable in such cases.
6.3 Global Pathway Program Certification, portfolio completion, and mentorship support under the Global Pathway Program are provided as described at enrollment. University admission decisions rest solely with the receiving institutions and are not guaranteed by Pregrad.
7. Conduct and Communication
7.1 Group Spam Students must not spam WhatsApp groups or in-app communication channels. Violations may result in removal from the Program without a refund.
7.2 Raising Concerns For any issue related to a Program, mentor, peer, or your learning experience, raise it directly and respectfully with your batch manager or moderator. If unresolved, escalate to support@pregrad.in.
8. No Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable once onboarding has initiated. For full details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the platform — including course material, curriculum, templates, and recordings — is the property of Pregrad or its partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
Pregrad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any Program, including outcomes related to placement, Residency, or university admission. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Program.
12. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available [here].
13. Termination
Pregrad reserves the right to terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and return any proprietary information in your possession.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
